Experience that goes
beyond the saddle.
Horses have shaped nearly every chapter of Caitlyn’s life. She has spent more than 17 years in the hunter/jumper industry as a rider and competitor, with experience extending into grooming, barn operations, sales horses, client relationships, social media, and the countless details that keep an equestrian operation moving.
Growing up in the sport gave her a firsthand understanding of the industry and the demands on the people working within it. Based in Wellington, Florida, she brings that perspective to her work with equestrian businesses, professionals and brands.

The meaning behind
the Levitz name.
Entrepreneurship is also part of Caitlyn’s family history. The Levitz name carries a legacy in American business through Levitz Furniture, the company founded by her family and built into one of the country’s most recognized furniture retailers.
She grew up with an appreciation for what it means to build something, earn a customer’s trust, recognize opportunity, and create a business capable of lasting beyond the person who started it. That history is a personal influence on the company she is building today.
Relationships, strategy
and a creative eye.
As Caitlyn built her professional career, she found her strength in sales and business development: prospecting, building relationships, generating opportunities, understanding what clients need, and finding creative ways to grow a business.
She also spent several years managing social media for multiple hospitality establishments. Her experience brings together market and audience analysis, photo and video editing, promotional design and purposeful messaging—skills she now applies to helping businesses present themselves clearly and reach the right people.
Her approach is direct and personal: understand the business, identify the opportunity, start the conversation and follow through.

Built for the people
behind the sport.
Within the equestrian world she knew so well, Caitlyn kept seeing talented professionals running demanding businesses while also training horses, competing, managing clients, traveling to shows and marketing themselves.
She wanted to build the kind of company she had wished existed throughout her years in the industry: one that understands horses, understands business, and can help an equestrian professional or brand turn their vision into something stronger.
LEVGlobal brings those worlds together. Whether the work involves finding the next client, developing an outreach strategy, strengthening an online presence or opening a conversation in a new market, the purpose is the same: help people build businesses that reflect the quality of the work they do.
